Dr. Amanda Brenna
Dr. Amanda Brenna is shown here presenting at DCVMA's monthly CE dinner. It was a "sold out" event! The title of her presentation was "What To Expect When You're Expecting DM (Degenerative Myelopathy)." It was held at Maggianos Little Italy in Dallas.
Dr. Brenna graduated from the Washington State University College of Veterinary medicine in 2013. She completed a small animal medicine surgery internship in Seattle, and a Neurology/Neurosurgery specialty internship here at CVSEC. She went on to complete a three-year residency program at Auburn University, before returning to Dallas in 2018. She is very excited to be back with her CVSEC family! Her areas of interest are neuro-oncology and inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system.
When not at work, Dr. Brenna enjoys playing the piano, painting, cooking, exploring the city, and traveling to visit friends and family. She shares her home with a very handsome tail-less cat named Toulouse, and a very tiny dog named Lady Marseille Chickenbones.
